The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of B.N.S.S with a prayer to grant anticipatory bail to him in case FIR No.32, dated 04.03.2026, registered under Section 306 of B.N.S {Section 381 of IPC}, registered at Police Station Division No.1, Ludhiana. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 07.04.2026, passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation. 3. Learned State counsel also submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for further investigation. 4. In view of the above statement made by learned counsel for the parties, the interim order dated 07.04.2026 is made absolute.
