The petitioner prays for pre-arrest bail in connection with Kotwali Police Station Case No.602 of 2025 dated July 4, 2025 under Sections 20(b)(ii)(C)/25/29 of the NDPS Act. 2. The petitioner submits that the contraband material was not recovered from his person and he has been falsely implicated. It is submitted that all the co-accused have been granted bail. 3. Learned Advocate for the State submits that 43.730 Kg ganja was recovered from the house of the petitioner. 4. Considering the records and the case diary, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. 5. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is dismissed. 2 6.
