This petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS read as Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking directions to the respondent for conducting a proper and fair investigation in the FIR No. 123 dated 18.03.2026 under Sections 115,3(5), 324 (4), 333,351(2) of BNS, 2023 (under Sections 323,427,452,506,34 of IPC) registered at Police Station City Palwal, District Palwal, Haryana against the accused persons and further to proceed in the matter by arresting the other accused persons and submit the challan in a time bound manner. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has preferred a representation dated 15.04.2026 (Annexure P-3) to Superintendent of Police, Palwal, Haryana but no action has been taken so far. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited prayer made by the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to Superintendent of Police, Palwal, Haryana to consider and decide the representation dated 15.04.2026 (Annexure P-3) of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and pass an appropriate order.
