1. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material on record, we are of the considered opinion that the matter with regard to the interim relief, consideration whereof was deferred in view of the impugned order and even the main petition needs to be taken up for consideration at the earliest.
2. Mr. Yasser Ezaz Tak, learned counsel for the respondents assures this Court that the objections will be filed within a period of one week.
3. The writ petition, which is listed tomorrow, shall be taken up for
consideration of application for interim relief or final disposal on
30.09.2026. We request the learned Single Judge to consider the main petition for disposal, if possible, or else, take up the application of the petitioner for interim relief. Serial No. 19

4. The order of status quo passed by this Court shall subsist only till next date of hearing.
5. The appeal shall stand disposed of in the above terms.
