The petitioner was disqualified from participating in the tender process by the TANGEDCO. Challenging the same, the petitioner filed an appeal before the first respondent on 25.05.2026. Seeking a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the said appeal, this writ petition has been filed. 3. The first respondent is directed to dispose of the petitioner’s appeal within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I have not gone into the merits of the case. The first respondent shall dispose of the appeal without reference to limitation. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
