By filing the instant revisional application the petitioner has prayed for stay of operation of an order passed on June 15, 2026 by the learned trial court. By the aforesaid order, the learned trial court issued warrant of arrest against the petitioner for his non-appearance on the date fixed. 2. At the time of hearing the learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall surrender and obtain bail in the pending proceeding being NDPS Case No. 107 of 2026 before the learned trial court. In the meantime, he prays for stay of warrant of arrest issued against the petitioner. 2 3. The petitioner was earlier enlarged on bail and on the particular date i.e. 15th June, 2026, he failed to appear before the learned trial court for which warrant of arrest was issued against him. 4. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the warrant of arrest issued against the petitioner on 15th June, 2026 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 1st Court, (NDPS), Cooch Behar in connection with NDPS Case No. 107 of 2026 be stayed till 28th July, 2026. 5.
