This RPFC is filed against the order dated 14.06.2019 passed by the III Additional Principal, Family Court Judge, Mysuru in Crl. Misc. No.572/2018. The said application was filed by the wife and the minor child claiming maintenance. The Family Court directed the respondent to pay maintenance of Rs.5,000/- per month to petitioner No.1 and Rs.2,000/- per month to petitioner No.2 till the child attained the age of 10 years and thereafter Rs.3,000/- per month to petitioner No.2 till the child attained the age of majority. 4. Aggrieved by the said order, the petitioner herein preferred the present revision petition. However, neither the petitioner nor his counsel has appeared before this Court. Though the matter is listed under the caption "For Dismissal," the petitioner has remained absent. Therefore, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioner has not evinced any interest and has failed to prosecute the litigation with due diligence.
