2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita with the following prayers :-
“(i) Quash FIR dated 01.12.2025 in crime no. 594/2025 registered at Police Station Vidhansabha, district Raipur Chhattisgarh Under Sections 296, 351(2), 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nayaya Sanhita, 2023. (ii) Pass any other order in view of the above facts and circumstances mentioned in the present petition, in the interest of justice.”
3. From perusal of the prayers and pleadings made in the instant petition, it transpires that though has petitioner has annexed the copy of charge-sheet and order taking cognizance as well as Annexure-P/6, but he has not challenged the charge-sheet and
order taking cognizance and further from perusal of the order- sheet of the trial Court annexed with the petition, it transpires that charges have already been framed against the petitioners, but the petitioner has not challenged the same, which goes to show that the prayer drafted by learned counsel for the petitioners is in a very casual manner and further wasted the precious time of the Court.
4. Accordingly, the instant petition is dismissed on this ground alone with liberty to file afresh petition with appropriate prayer, if so wishes, subject to depositing a sum of Rs.5,000/- as cost by the petitioner before the Registry of this Court and submit a receipt of
