Mr. Pankaj Mulwani, Sr. DAG, Haryana. **** PANKAJ JAIN, J. (Oral) 1. Present writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing of the order dated 15.04.2026 passed by respondent No.4 pursuant to the resolution passed by Gram Panchayat, village Palra permitting respondent No.7 to use Public Revenue Road (Panchayat Rasta). 2. Petitioners claim themselves to be residents of village Parlra.
