Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents have failed to enter the petitioner's name in the revenue records in respect of the subject land on the basis of the registered Sale Deed dated 20.09.2024, produced as Annexure-A. 4. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and upon consideration of the material placed on record, this Court is of the view that the petitioner claims title to the subject property under the registered Sale Deed dated 26.09.2024 (Annexure-A). It is also not in dispute that the petitioner was not a party to O.S. No. 11/2020 pending before the Principal Senior Civil Judge and CJM, Ramanagara, as evidenced by Annexure-H. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:35625 WP No. 16128 of 2025 5. In that view of the matter, the impugned endorsement dated 14.10.2024 issued by respondent No. 3, produced as Annexure-G, cannot be sustained and is accordingly set aside. 6. Consequently, respondent No. 4 is directed to enter the name of the petitioner in the revenue records in respect of the subject land on the basis of the registered Sale Deed dated 26.09.2024, produced as Annexure-A, within an outer limit of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
