He prays for leave to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach the learned Appellate Tribunal. 2 Heard the learned advocate for the State on such submission. In the light of the submissions made by the learned advocate for the petitioner, WPA 1319 of 2025 stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Appellate Tribunal in accordance with law.
