His earlier application was pending consideration since 2021 before the West Bengal Central School Service Commission. The petitioner applied afresh in October, 2025 renewing his prayer for transfer. 3. It appears that the last application made by the petitioner was not in the prescribed format. 4. In view of the above, the instant writ petition is disposed of with the observation that it will be open for the petitioner to make fresh application online seeking transfer disclosing the ground for the same.
