JUSTICE MANISHA BATRA Present: None for the petitioner. *** MANISHA BATRA, J (ORAL):- It has come to the notice of this Court that the petitioner has filed another petition bearing CRM-M-37938-2026 seeking the concession of regular bail on the same grounds. Learned counsel appearing in the said petition has submitted that Mr. Sahil Choudhary, Advocate has never been engaged by the petitioner to represent him in the present matter. . In these peculiar facts and circumstances, coupled with the absence of any representation on behalf of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to keep the present petition pending. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Since the main petition has already been disposed of, pending application, if any, is rendered infructuous.
