Biological mother is acknowledged to be the spouse of the petitioner. There is no material on record to suggest that the custody of the mother of the child is inimical to the welfare of the child. 2 Moreover, petitioner can avail of his statutory alternative remedies with regard to the custody of the child before the appropriate forum. We find no ground to interfere in the extraordinary writ jurisdiction of habeas corpus with regard to the custodial disputes relating to a child.
