Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court to the order dated 14.08.2026, in terms whereof the Tehsildar, Chanapora, has been directed to issue the requisite certified copies of the Revenue Extracts/Fard/Mutations referred to in the said order in favour of the petitioner within a period of 15 days from the date of submission of an application by the petitioner addressed to the Tehsildar, Chanapora. 2. It is submitted by learned counsel that pursuant to the aforesaid order, the petitioner has filed the requisite application, which, till date, has not been decided by the Tehsildar, Chanapora. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would feel satisfied in case the instant petition is disposed of by directing the Tehsildar, Chanapora, to decide the application made by the petitioner pursuant to order dated 14.08.2026 within a reasonable time frame. 3. Mr. Hakeem Ama Ali, learned Dy. AG, who caused appearance on behalf of the respondents, is not averse to the disposal of the petition in the manner proposed by learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. In view of the above and with the consent of learned counsel for the parties, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the Tehsildar, Chanapora/Natipora, Srinagar, to decide the application filed by the petitioner pursuant to order dated 14.08.2026 within a period of two weeks from today and, if the petitioner is found entitled and there is no legal impediment, issue the requisite Revenue Extracts/Fard/Mutations in favour of the petitioner in accordance with law and the applicable rules, as directed by this Court in terms of its earlier order dated 14.08.2026. 5.
