ORAL ORDER The petitioner filed this writ petition seeking for mandamus directing the respondents to consider the letter dated 18.08.2022 forwarded by respondent No.2 to respondent No.3, wherein respondent No.2 has recommended for the promotion of the petitioner with by extending the benefit under the Kalyana Karnataka region. Respondent No.3 has not considered the communication addressed by respondent No.2 vide Annexure-A. Hence, this writ petition. 2. Learned Government Advocate submits that, if reasons time is granted, respondent No.3 will consider Annexure-A and pass an appropriate order in accordance with the law. 3.
In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, the writ petition is disposed of, directing respondent No.3 to consider Annexure-A and
