At the outset, learned counsel for the State submits that though notices were issued to respondent Nos. 4 to 6 on the previous date of hearing, the petitioner is challenging the resolution of the Society whereby he has been removed from the post of Assistant Manager. He submits that the present writ petition is not maintainable as the petitioner has an alternative remedy under the Cooperative Societies Act, where he can pursue his grievance in a service dispute between him and the society. 2. In view of the above submission, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law. 3.
