Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states at Bar that during pendency of this petition, the petitioners have considered the case of the respondent and pursuant to the recommendations made by the DPC, promoted him to the post of Assistant Estates Officer. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent also acknowledges the aforesaid fact and submits that his client is satisfied with the promotion.
