The deployment was erratic and ineffective as the PSOs were frequently withdrawn on the pretext of law and order duties by Senior Superintendent of Police. Representation, Annexure P-5 was moved by petitioner’s husband requesting for deployment of Security officers from Punjab Armed Police (PAP) but no action was taken. 3. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Rajeshwar, Security winge o/o ADGP (Secirity) Chandigarh, submits that petitioner’s representation was considered by respondent No.3 and request of the petitioner would be considered favourably subject to availability of adequate security personnel in Punjab Armed Police. 4.
