2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Pakur (Town) P.S. Case No.16 of 2026 for the alleged offences registered under Sections 189(2), 189(3), 189(4), 189(5), 190, 191(2), 191(3), 221, 222, 132, 285, 126(2), 326(g), 324(3), 324(5), 62 and 109(1) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Pakur.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that allegations are made against 600 persons of agitating pursuant to the road accident in which a person has died. He further submits that there are general and omnibus allegation against 600 persons. He then submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph No.09 of the petition.

and submits that the petitioner happened to be a part of unlawful assembly.

Considering that allegations are there against 600 persons of agitating pursuant to the road accident and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph No.09 of the petition and there are general and omnibus allegation against 600 persons and in that view of the matter the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Court within two weeks and the learned Court shall release the petitioner on such terms and conditions or the sureties as the learned Court may deem fit and proper.
