Yes. 2 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners, during hearing of the case, has confined petitioners’ prayer only qua grant of relief No.I, which is as under:- “I. Issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the respondent authorities to take the complaint dated 06.04.2025 as transferred vide letter dated 30.04.2025, to its logical conclusion thereby examine & act upon the report & communication forwarded by the State Vigilance & Anti- Corruption Bureau, including all connected records, in accordance with law.” 3. The case file shows that respondent No.4-the Block Inspector, Co-operative Societies Banjar, District Kullu, Himachal Pradesh has issued notice to certain individuals on 20.08.2025 (Annexure P-3) with respect to an inquiry regarding alleged mismanagement and financial irregularities in respondent No.5-Socieity. Petitioners’ grievance is that no constructive action thereafter has been taken in the said notice. 4. In view of the nature of grievance projected for the petitioners, this writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.4/competent authority to take the aforesaid notice (Annexure P-3) to its logical conclusion in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within six months from today. 3 The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
