Present appeal has been moved by the appellant, challenging the order dated 25.06.2026 passed by learned Vacation Judge-cum- Additional Sessions Judge, Jhajjar, whereby application for anticipatory bail filed by the appellant was dismissed, in case, FIR No.100 dated 27.05.2026 under sections 115(2), 127(2), 140(3), 351(3) read with section 3(5) of BNS and sections 3(1)(r) and 3(2)Va of SC/ST Act, registered at Police Station Sector 6, Bahadurgarh.
2. Without addressing the merits of the case in detail, learned counsel for the appellant submits that, subsequent to the registration of FIR, parties have amicably resolved their dispute and entered into a compromise. It is contended that, in view of the said settlement, custodial interrogation of the appellant is no longer necessary and, rather, may adversely affect the cordial relations now restored between the parties.
