Delay of 187 days in filing the present appeal is condoned. CMs-4066-4069-4072-4075-4078-LPA-2026 in LPAs-1670-1671-1672-1673-1674-2026 Present applications have been filed seeking condonation of delay of 75 days in filing the present appeals. Keeping in view the averments made in the application, which are duly supported by affidavits, the applications are allowed. Delay of 75 days in filing the present appeals is condoned. Learned Senior counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant(s) submits that a valid ground that Punjab Power Corporation (Revised Pay) Regulations, 2021 prescribed a particular condition with regard to the grant of a pay scale to the appointees who were appointed after 17.07.2020, could not be brought to the notice of the learned Single Judge, which was very much needed to be adhered to. Hence, the present appeals may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to file a review petition before the learned Single Judge and with further liberty to file fresh appeal in case need arises. 2. Ordered accordingly. 3. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stands disposed of. Though, the LPAs were listed against the judgment of the learned Single Judge, implementation of which was sought but the liberty has been sought to file a review petition before the learned Single Judge. 2. Keeping in view the said position, the respondents are given liberty to file a review petition within a period of four weeks from today and till the learned Single Judge consider the issue, no precipitated action will be taken against the appellants qua the order passed by the learned Single Judge. 3. The Contempt Petitions are disposed of accordingly. Rule discharged. 4. However, after the review petition is filed, the implementation of the impugned judgment will be as per the order passed by the learned Single Judge in the review petition to be filed. 5.
