It transpires that the petitioner has filed the present petition against the order dated 17-10-2025 passed by the learned Second Additional Sessions Judge, Durg in Criminal Appeal No.477/2025 whereby the learned appellate Court has ordered to deposit 20% of the amount of compensation within 60 days which was the condition precedent for releasing the appellant on bail. 4. Since no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner in two rounds and no representation is made, it transpires that the petitioner has lost his interest in prosecuting the present petition.
