The Petitioners, by filing this Writ Petition, have sought for a direction from this Court to the Opposite Party No.2/Secretary, Bhubaneswar Development Authority to ensure proper rehabilitation and relocation of the petitioner before initiating eviction demolition drive by the enforcement wing of the BDA. 8. During course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that before approaching this Court, the Petitioners have already ventilated their grievance before the Secretary, Bhubaneswar Development Authority/Opposite Party No.2 by way of representation dated 23.03.2026 vide Annexures-5 series. He further submits that the said grievance of the Petitioners is still pending. 9. He, accordingly, prays that a direction may be issued to the Secretary, Bhubaneswar Development Authority/Opposite Party No.2 for considering the said grievance of the Petitioners. 10. Considering the submission of the Petitioners and on going through the averments made in this Writ Petition, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the Secretary, Bhubaneswar Development Authority/Opposite Party No.2 to act upon the representation filed by the present Petitioners.
