Order on Board (28th July, 2026) The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:
“10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call the entire record pertaining to the case of petitioner for its kind perusal. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent State Authority to disburse the arrears of revised pay scale as well as time pay scale, which has been calculated by the respondent authority within the stipulated period with interest. 10.3 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant other relief, as it may deems fit and appropriate.”
02. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to
3 file a fresh better constituted petition, if an occasion so arises.

Learned counsel for the respondents/State has no objection to the aforesaid prayer of the petitioner.
