---- 02/08.04.2026 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the State.
2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Mirzachouki P.S. Case No.05 of 2018, for offence registered under section 379, 182 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, pending in court of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, at Sahibganj.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner happens to be the owner of the truck. He next submits that the allegations are made of illegally transporting stone chips and the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph no.19. He also submits that the co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by way of several orders as contained in Annexure-2 series as well as A.B.A. No.1261 of 2026.
4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that the allegations are there of illegally carrying stone chips.
5. Annexure-2 series are the orders passed in different ABAs by which anticipatory bail have been granted to the co-accused persons and the petitioner happened to be the owner of the truck and he is

having no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph no.19, and in that view of the matter, the petitioner, above named, is directed to surrender before learned court within two weeks from today and learned court shall release petitioner, above named, on such terms and conditions as well as sureties as learned court may deem fit and proper.
6. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is disposed of.
