Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record. 2. The petitioner is a disabled teacher (forty percent). She seeks transfer. Her application stood rejected in September, 2022. She insists for transfer. 3. It appears that considerable period of time has elapsed from the date her application stood rejected by the authority. There may have been change in circumstances in the meantime. 4. In view of the above, the instant writ petition is disposed of with the observation that it will be open for the petitioner to file fresh online application seeking transfer. 5. If such application is made, it shall be considered by the authority strictly in accordance with law at the earliest. 6. Report of the medical officer shall be taken into consideration at the time of taking a decision in the matter. 7. The fate of the application shall be made known to the petitioner immediately thereafter. Page 2 8. If the prayer of the petitioner is allowed, then necessary consequential steps shall be taken by the authority without any further delay. 9. The writ petition stands disposed of. 10.
