Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner’s application for issuance of a social status certificate has been rejected by the Sub Divisional Officer on the ground that the requisite documents had not been submitted and the said order has been affirmed by the Collector. 2. Learned State counsel supports the orders passed by the Sub Divisional Officer as well as the Collector. 3. After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties and upon perusal of the record, liberty is reserved in favour of the petitioner to submit the documents demonstrating that he is entitled for the social status certificate of caste “Mahar”. In the event the petitioner submits a fresh online application, the same shall be considered strictly in accordance with law by the Competent Authority without being influenced by the order dated 06.11.2020 passed by the Sub Divisional Officer and the order dated 25.03.2021 passed by the Collector. 4.
