Learned High Court Government Pleader submits that the private complaint is filed by the petitioner herein against Smt.Anuradha and Sri Ramalinga Reddy. 4. Perusal of the documents produced by the petitioner would go to show that except the order sheet in the aforesaid private complaint, which is filed by the petitioner herein against two persons, there is no other material which would prima facie show that any criminal case is registered against the petitioner. 5.
