CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE S VISHWAJITH SHETTY ORAL ORDER This petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. read with Section 482 of BNSS, 2023, is filed with a prayer to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner who apprehends arrest.
2. Perusal of the pleadings would go to show that no specific averment is made with regard to the complaint filed by any party against the petitioner in which he apprehends arrest. Petitioner who is present before this Court in-person, is not in a position to bring to the notice of this Court about the particulars of the case in which he apprehends arrest.

3. Learned High Court Government Pleader submits that the private complaint is filed by the petitioner herein against Smt.Anuradha and Sri Ramalinga Reddy.
4. Perusal of the documents produced by the petitioner would go to show that except the order sheet in the aforesaid private complaint, which is filed by the petitioner herein against two persons, there is no other material which would prima facie show that any criminal case is registered against the petitioner.
