Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is similarly situated as Mostafa Sk @ Chuharu who has been granted bail in CRM (NDPS) 763 of 2025. Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail but he is unable to refuse such contention. Having considered the submissions, I am inclined to extend the same benefit, which was granted to Mostafa Sk to the present petitioner. Thus, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Accordingly, the petitioner shall be released on bail on same terms and conditions, which were imposed upon Mostafa Sk in CRM (NDPS) 763 of 2025. Accordingly, CRM (NDPS) 1488 of 2026 is allowed. Memo of evidence filed by the State is taken on record. 2 All parties shall act on the basis of the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
