This Interlocutory Application under Order 1 Rule 10, read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, has been filed by the applicant in connection with the Contempt Case No. 8 of 2022, praying for impleadment of the new incumbent to the post of Deputy Chief Engineer/Con, Kawnpui, Page No.# 2/2 Northeast Frontier Railway, as respondent No. 6 in the connected contempt case. 3. The name of the new incumbent to the aforesaid post is Sh. Arvind Kumar Meena. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the earlier incumbent who was impleaded as respondent No. 5 in the connected comtempt case has already been transferred out. 5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant, the prayer for impleadment of Sh. Arvind Kumar Meena, Deputy Chief Engineer/Con, Kawnpui, Northeast Frontier Railway, as respondent No. 6 in the connected Contempt Case No. 8 of 2022 is hereby allowed. 6. The applicant shall submit the amended cause title after impleading the aforesaid respondent in the connected contempt case within 2 (two) weeks from the date of this order. 7.
