Learned GP, on instructions, by inviting our attention to the affidavit-in-reply, submits that though belatedly, the order under contempt has now been complied with by concluding the departmental enquiry. Learned counsel for the petitioner also consents to the same. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, raises a grievance that all the officers facing the departmental enquiry have been exonerated. If the petitioner has any grievance regarding the outcome of the Komal Kamble 1/2 2026:BHC-AUG:26319-DB 910.cp.209.2026 departmental enquiry, he may file appropriate proceedings challenging the same. 3. Learned G.P., further undertakes to file the compliance report in the main petition, as directed, within one week from today. 4.
