ORDER Seeking to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to take action against the respondents 5 and 6 for excommunicating the petitioner and his group and to direct the respondents 5 and 6 to obtain temple tax from the petitioner's group relating to the festival in Sri Eswari Amman, Sri Senkamalamudayar Sastha, Sri Karuppasamy and Sri Malaiyammal and Sri Santhana Maariyamman temples, this writ petition is filed.

3. Heard the learned counsels on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.
4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsels on either side, it is made clear that neither the 5th, 6th respondents or any person should excommunicate the petitioner or any person from the village in participating in the temple festival and other day to day worship in the aforesaid temple. It is further made clear that the 5th and 6th respondents should obtain temple tax from the petitioner and his group.
5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands allowed.
