The petitioner is a Government Servant. The petitioner instead of approaching the Karnataka Appellate Tribunal, has filed this petition. 3. Leaned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the writ petition filed by the petitioner is not maintainable as the petitioner has got an efficacious remedy. Hence, the petitioner without exhausting efficacious remedy, has filed this writ petition. Hence, prays to dismiss the writ petition. 4. Perused the records. 5. The petitioner is a Government Servant and is challenging his transfer order. If the petitioner is - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:35257 WP No. 16127 of 2026 aggrieved by the impugned transfer order, the petitioner has got an efficacious remedy under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985. The petitioner without exhausting efficacious remedy, filed this writ petition. Hence, the writ petition filed by the petitioner is not maintainable. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. 7. The liberty is reserved to the petitioner to challenge the impugned order of transfer before the Karnataka Appellate Tribunal. 8.
