1. Heard.
2. This petition has been preferred by petitioners under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking following reliefs:-
“10.1 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ/writs in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to comply the order dated 23.03.2026 (Annexure-P/6) passed in Revenue
Case No.202603110200022/A-6/year
2025-26 passed by the respondent No.4 in the matter between “Smt. Lata Tiwari Vs State of C.G.” immediately. DEEPTI JHA Digitally signed by DEEPTI JHA
2 10.2 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ/writs, order/orders and direct the respondents No.2 to 4 to take appropriate action against the respondent No.5 for not following the order dated 23.03.2026 and directions issued by the respondent No.4 herein. 10.3 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief(s), which is deemed fit and proper in the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an order dated 23.03.2026 has been passed by the Tehsildar, Raipur (C.G.), whereby the name of the petitioner was directed to be mutated in the revenue records in respect of disputed khasra number, however, despite passing of the said order and the fact that neither any appeal is pending before any authorities, the said order has not been complied with till date. He further submits that petitioner has made several representation before the concerned authorities and last representation/application dated 16.06.2026 has been filed for compliance of the aforesaid order, which endorsed the receiving of the Tehsildar, Raipur (C.G.) and as such necessary direction may be issued in this regard.

Learned counsel for the State submits that since the petitioner has already filed an application for compliance of the order dated 23.03.2026 and the representation/application has already been received by the concerned Tehsildar. As such if any direction is issued for compliance of the aforesaid
order, the concerned Tehsildar shall act upon it and direct the concerned Patwari to mutate the name of the petitioner in the revenue records online and also in the concerned register
5. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record.
6. Considering the aforesaid aspect of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of, directing concerned Tehsildar to consider the case of the petitioner in light of the order dated 23.03.2023 and direct the concerned Patwari to mutate the
3 name of the petitioner in the revenue records online as well as in the concerned register, which has kept for the said purposes within a period of 30 days from today.
7. With aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed of.
