JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 3 07-08-2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State 2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Deepnagar P.S. Case No. 186/2025, registered for offence under Sections 103(1), 191(2), 126(2), 352 & other allied sections of B.N.S. and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. 3. As per F.I.R., petitioner is the main assailant of the deceased and it is alleged that this petitioner fired from his pistol on the back and hand of father of informant, on account of which, father of informant died on spot. Petitioner has got five criminal antecedents. 4. Considering the nature of accusation and criminal antecedents, the prayer for bail of petitioner is rejected. However, since petitioner is in custody since 06.06.2025, the Patna High Court CR. MISC.
