In this petition, the petitioner has challenged order dated 02.03.2019 (Annexure-P/01) passed by the Divisional Forest Officer, Mahasamund (respondent No.02), however, the petitioner has remedy to approach the Conservator of Forest of the concerned Division for SAIFAN KHAN Digitally signed by SAIFAN KHAN 2 redressal of his grievance. 3. In that view of the matter, this writ petition stands disposed of by reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the Conservator of Forest of the concerned Division alongwith all the documents and copy of this order for redressal of his grievance within a period of 02 weeks from today and, in turn, the said authority shall considered and decided petitioner’s said representation in accordance with law within 45 days from the date of receipt of said representation by passing reasoned and speaking order. Till, the said representation is decided, impugned order dated 02.03.2019 (Annexure-P/01) shall not be given effect to. 4.
