Zaid Ahmed, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Bankmore P.S. Case No. 208/2023. The informant had received a message on his mobile demanding extortion money. After a few days some miscreants had fired at his shop and the demand was again reiterated on WhatsApp message. The petitioner appears to have been implicated on the confession of Md. Ajad Alam. The petitioner is in custody since 18.12.2025. Although learned A.P.P. has submitted that the petitioner has got several criminal antecedents but regard being had to his manner of implication, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Dhanbad, Jharkhand in connection with Bankmore P.S.
