At the very outset, learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that vide communication dated 27/07/2026, the Office of the Project Director, Integrated Tribal Development Project, Ramanujganj (C.G.), has asked the petitioner to appear before it for refixation of pension, gratuity, leave encashment, etc. He would further submit that the process has already been initiated and the grievance of the petitioner shall be redressed within a period of four weeks. 2. In view of the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to complete the process of refixation of pension, gratuity, leave encashment and other consequential retiral benefits, if not already completed, and to ensure that the admissible benefits are released to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today, in accordance with law. 3. It is made clear that in the event the grievance of the petitioner is not redressed within the aforesaid period, it shall be open to the petitioner to revive this petition by filing an appropriate application.
