Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 09.09.2025 copies of which are produced at Annexure-A, A1 and A2 respectively. b. Any other writs of directions to meet the ends of justice. 2. A memo for withdrawal dated 14.07.2026 has been filed signed by the counsel for the petitioner, which reads as under: "The petitioners respectfully submit that the dispute between the petitioners and contesting respondent No. 3 is amicably settled and respondent No. 3 has addressed the grievances of the petitioners who represent the School Development and Monitoring Committee, Dakshina Kannada Zilla Panchayat Higher Primary School, Kepu Village, Bantwal Taluk, D.K. District. Hence, in view of the settlement arrived by the parties outside the Court, the School Development Committee as per the resolution No. 3 dated 04-07-2026 resolved to withdraw the writ petition.
