It is seen from the record that in para No.5 of the order dated 25.02.2026 passed in RFA 10 of 2022(DO) inadvertently a typographical error has been occurred. In the said paragraph, the case no. has been mentioned as M.S. 35 of 2026 instead of M.S 35 of 2016. Accordingly, the same shall be read as MS. 35 of 2016 in place of MS No. 35 of 2026. It is made clear that this order shall form part and parcel of the order dated 25.02.2026 passed in RFA 10 of 2022 (DO). Registry is directed to do the needful in this regard.
