JUDGMENT AND ORDER (ORAL)
1. This is an application preferred by the State respondents for grant of extension of a further period of 30 days to complete the job card verification and to conduct the elections of Maulakandi VEC.
2. Mrs. T.Yangi B, learned AAG assisted by Mr. J.N.Rynjah, learned GA for the applicants submits that by the judgment and order dated 17-02-2026, six weeks had been granted, but due to the situation prevailing in the area, the exercise could not be completed.
3. Mr. R.Pahsyntiew, learned counsel for the respondents has no objections to the prayer made for extension of time.
4. Accordingly, further 30 days is allowed to the applicants to complete the exercise as directed by the judgment and order dated 17-02-2026, passed in MC[WP(C)]. No. 274 of 2025. The Caretaker Committee shall continue till such exercise is completed.
5. Misc. case accordingly stands closed and disposed of.
