Further to what was recorded in order dated 05.02.2026, Mr. Gagan Vaswani, learned counsel is present on behalf of Mr. Satish Aggarwala, learned Senior Standing Counsel for the respondent. Accordingly, the condition contained in para 14(i) shall read as follows: “(i) On furnishing of personal bond of Rs. 50,000/- with one local surety of the like amount, to the satisfaction of this Court.” No other change is being made in the impugned order.
