The petitioner had participated in the recruitment process undertaken pursuant to Advertisement No. ER/01/2024 for appointment to the post of Junior Assistant (Fire Service) in AAI: Eastern Region. 2. The petitioner has obtained much above the cut-off marks, though he is aggrieved by the fact that the results for the subsequent selection process, namely, the Physical Endurance Test (PET), have not yet been published. 3. Hence, this writ-petition. 4. Mr. Poddar, learned Advocate appearing for the respondent authorities, submits on instruction, that the result of the petitioner and all other similarly situated candidates will be published within a period of four weeks, positively by August 20, 2026. 5. In view of the afore-stated, the writ-petition stands disposed of, directing the respondent authorities to disclose the results of the PET to the petitioner by August 20, 2026. 6.
