Mr. Syed Arif Ahamed Mr. Sudipta Bera. …for the petitioner.

Mr. Rohit Das Mr. Indradip Das. …for the de facto complainant.
Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a registered clerk and he is having permanent hut and home. The accusation made against the petitioner was in discharge of his official work. The work is in progress and was time consuming when the present case has been instituted for misappropriating.
Learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.
I have taken into account the materials appearing against the present petitioner. Prima facie, a case is made out.

Accordingly, in the event of arrest, the petitioner, namely, Sanjay Chakraborty @ Sanjay Kr. Chakrabroty shall be released on bail to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also be subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure corresponding to Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
Since the investigation of the case is in progress, petitioner shall meet with the investigating officer of the case once in a week or as and when called for by the investigating officer of the case.
Accordingly, CRM(A)1766 of 2026 is allowed.
