Since common questions of fact and law are involved in these petitions, therefore, they are clubbed together and decided by this common judgment. However, for the sake of brevity and convenience, facts of Writ Petition No. 487 of 2026 (SS) alone are being considered and discussed. 3. Petitioner in WPSS No. 487 of 2026 is serving as constable. He was posted in police outpost Pega of Police Station ITI Kashipur, District Udham Singh Nagar. He has been transferred to Garhwal range vide order dated 14.01.2026, passed by Inspector General of Police. Petitioner has challenged the said transfer order. 4. This Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned transfer. Petitioner is a member of disciplined force and his transfer has been made 2026:UHC:1333 due to administrative exigency. 5. Admittedly, petitioner holds a transferable post, therefore, it cannot be argued that his transfer is in violation of his service condition. There is no allegation of malice also made in the writ petition. 6. Thus, there is no legally sustainable ground for interfering with the impugned transfer order. Accordingly, writ petitions fail and are dismissed.
