Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail but is unable to refute the contention of parity. Having considered the overall circumstances and the petitioner being similarly situated, I am inclined to release the petitioner on bail on the same terms and conditions as was imposed to Safikul Kabiraj in CRM (NDPS) 1230 of 2026. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner [Merajul Sk @ Meraj] is Allowed. Accordingly, CRM (NDPS) 1426 of 2026 is allowed. 2 The learned trial court would abide the directions passed above.
