Respondents CORAM: HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE SURYA PARTAP SINGH Present: None for the petitioner. Mr. Eklavya Darshi, Deputy Advocate General, Punjab. ***** SURYA PARTAP SINGH, J. (Oral) Despite repeated calls, nobody has put in appearance on behalf of petitioner. 2. A perusal of record shows that on last occasion also, i.e. on 29.05.2026, the petitioner was unrepresented. Therefore, on that day, a direction was given to the Registry to serve notice upon the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. As per report of Registry, notice has been duly served upon the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. However, despite abovementioned efforts, the petitioner is unrepresented today.
