The innocuous prayer made by the applicants in this writ Application is with regard to the grievance raised before the Tahasildar, Pattamundai, and his representation dated 04.05.2026 has not been disposed of as yet. 3. Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that the Petitioners will be satisfied in the event a direction is issued for consideration of the representation pending. 4. Accordingly, in the absence of any serious objection from the learned counsel for the State, the Opposite Party No. 4, i.e., the Tahasildar, Pattamundai, is directed to consider the representation filed by the Petitioners dated 04.05.2026, if it has not been disposed of in the meantime, in accordance with law within a period of one (01) month, and to communicate the result thereof within one (01) week thereafter. At the time of disposal of the application, the authority, if it so wishes, may issue an appropriate notice to give the Petitioners an opportunity of being heard. 5.
